Bellevue

Bellevue is an area in southwestern Davidson County that is largely suburban in nature and continues to grow with new subdivisions.

Although there are no official boundaries for neighborhoods in Nashville, Bellevue generally consists of an area south of Interstate 40, north of Highway 100 and west of the West Meade neighborhood. U.S. 70 South cuts through the heart of Bellevue.

Residential real estate in the area largely consists of a mix of single family homes and apartment complexes.

A key annual event is the community picnic, held in May in Red Caboose Park along Highway 70.

Bellevue is home to the Bellevue Mall, which has had mixed success over the years.
