Bellevue Mall

Bellevue Mall, located in the southwestern portion of Nashville-Davidson County, has struggled for years to find its place in Nashville's shopping universe.
The mall's owner, Foursquare Properties Inc., was working on a plan in 2008 to convert the mall into an open air shopping mall. Foursquare bought the mall in late 2007 for $28 million.

At that point, the mall had a number of vacant storefronts. The mall has suffered from lagging traffic for years.
The mall is located off U.S. 70 South in the Bellevue area of Nashville.
