My Personal Profile Details

I have a meditation practice at Nashville Meditation.com I teach classes and private sessions. I teach a heart-healthy meditation called Heart Rhythm Meditation. It is an ancient practice focusing on the breath and heartbeat. It is a beautiful meditation practice for the modern world. I have an upcoming class starting in late January at the Brentwood Library, on Thursdays from 6:45-7:45. See website for more details.

I am a web developer. I build websites of all sizes and shapes, specializing mainly in sites for small businesses.  I know alot about Search Engine Marketing and being "found" on the web.
