    Curriculum

Ezell-Harding's Web site offers the following descriptions of its curriculum:

    Elementary

"The EHCS elementary program places a strong emphasis on basic reading and math skills.  This foundation prepares students for the challenges they will face as they progress in their educational years.  In addition to daily P.E. classes, each elementary student has weekly library, music and computer classes."

    Middle School

"Middle school is a time of transition from the elementary school self-contained setting with one classroom teacher to an environment where the student has several teachers each day.  Daily activities include electives such as music, chorus, band, art, computers, foreign language and first aid.  Thus, middle school students have the opportunity to enjoy other learning experiences along with their basic core classes."

    High School

"EHCS high school students pursue a demanding college preparatory curriculum.  With a number of Advanced and Advanced Placement classes offered in grades seven through twelve and a nationally ranked quiz bowl team, students are challenged to reach the highest of academic standards.  Our ACT average composite score is 24.6, and each year we have students honored as National Merit Scholars, National Merit Semifinalists, and National Merit Commended Scholars.  After a challenging Pre-Kindergarten - 12th grade academic program, 99% of our graduates attend college."
