Is Your Web Site Just Sitting There?
I help small firms find sustainable solutions to the question: "Is your Web site just sitting there?". A project deliverable is always my book completed with crucial site information (major decisions, log-ins, vendors, etc.) so your site always moves forward and one-time costs stay one-time. I also hold workshops for non-technical Webmasters.
Web consultant & author, Our Web Site Owner's Manual
Until now! Here is an indispensable guide to the nuts and bolts of a successful Web site for the non-technical Webmaster. This book puts years of hard-won wisdom at your fingertips in focused-yet-simple basics across fourteen Webmaster functions. Full of guiding information, checklists, and templates, here's your new best friend and day-to-day secret weapon to taking charge with confidence. THEN, it helps you organize your work by giving you workspace to permanently record your strategies, vendor services, costs, and account log-ins.

What is the ONE thing I should know before taking an initiative to a social network?
For almost ten years, I have delivered a custom owner's manual to every Web client at the end of my service. It is, after all, their site. They are the ones who should have all the strategies, tactical decisions and administration details at their fingertips so they can continue to reap benefits from their original investments. Needless to say, it has been a slow ephiphany to realize the value of what I had developed over the years and start writing the Owner's Manual. What's that old adage, "Have Patience. Nothing grows quickly but weeds."
How can I help you?
