Leadership Nashville

Leadership Nashville is a non-profit organization that brings together top leaders in the community for  a nine-month program that educates them about key issues in the community. The program, and the activities of the alumni association, also allows leaders from different areas of the community to get to know each other.

Each class has approximately 45 members and is carefully chosen to reflect the diversity of the community. Candidates may apply on their own or be nominated by someone else.

The program began in 1976.

Similar programs operate elsewhere in Middle Tennessee, including Leadership Brentwood, Leadership Music and Leadership Middle Tennessee.
